CORAL Shipping & Guarantee

All orders are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. Arrival in most areas is BY 10:30am. We ship Monday-Thursday unless Saturday Delivery option is added. Unless a delivery date request is in the order comments, orders will ship out in the order they are received.

Current Shipping Rates:

$1.00-$249.99 flat rate $35

$250-$399.99 flat rate $25


Local Pickup is also available at no charge.

Saturday delivery is an additional $15. Saturday Delivery must be added to the cart.

All Saturday deliveries must be delivered by 3pm EST for DOA policy.

All sales are final.

We are pleased to offer our customers a guarantee live on arrival. Regardless of any shipping delay, weather delay, or box damage, we will make every effort to make it right. To receive a refund, a picture of the bag and dead coral must be sent within 4 hours of arrival. All approved refunds are treated as credit on a future order. Shipping charges are non-refundable and do not apply towards credit.  Do not dispose of the coral until contacted. Matt’s Corals reserves the right to deny any refund.


Aquarium Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of these products, all aquarium, stand and canopy orders are FINAL. Orders cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged outside 72 hours of placing the order. 


Dry Goods Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 45 days of PURCHASE DATE. 

If an item needs to be returned because it was the wrong size, you changed your mind, or you didn’t like the item, then return shipping and/or restock fees may apply. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. 

If an item needs to be returned because of damage during shipping, photos must be provided of the package prior to opening, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label, refund your purchase, and/or replace the item. 

Returns must be requested and pre-approved via email. Submit return requests to

*Sumps, Refugiums, Salt, T5 Bulbs, Sand & Rock (Anything oversize or overweight) and open/used products are exempt from receiving a free, prepaid return label.  All used equipment that is returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 


Reward Points & Returns

All points earned for any order that is returned will be removed from your account upon returning an item.  In the event that points are used to purchase an item that is returned, those points are considered used and are non refundable.  In the event that points from a returned item were used before returning the item those point values will be deducted from the return credit before issue.
